2010 Meeting Locations are now posted HERE.... What is the MIS and what do we do?? This webmaster's view of the reasons that the MIS exists are many. We get together on the first Saturday of each month and visit, enjoy a wonderful potluck supper with desserts, then have our informative meeting and then get back to visiting and having fun. We do a lot of very beneficial cultural and educational programs for our community. We donate all our time and efforts to the stimulation, maintenance and showing of the Iris flower. We have several annual projects, shown above. Our Missoula Display Gardens at the Historical Museum at For Missoula are our showpiece. There you can find hundreds of Iris, all colors, and a full history of the Iris with rhizomes dating back over 50 years.
