"FYI" NEWS
MEETING LOCATIONS:
The November meeting will now be a Leona Wyckhoff’s home. This month’s
meeting was not able to be at her home.
We need to be ready
for our Christmas Party as well. We will be needing a volunteer home for
the party. This can be discussed at the next meeting.

GARDEN MARKER TAGS - Metal plant markers are available for your
gardens. The cost is 40 cents each in bundles of 10 or 35 cents each for
100. If you need some plant markers, contact Carol or Pete Addeo at
251-5833.
IRIS LISTS: Alverta Symes would probably appreciate your lists
including all new varieties you acquired for your garden. This is for
our sale cards. It helps to know ahead of time which new varieties may
show up at our sales, so that cards with pictures can be prepared ahead
of time.
Budget/Board Meeting: Board meeting for planning the 2009 MIS
Budget will be held on Sunday, October 5th at 2:00pm at the home of Pete
and Carolyn Addeo, 5805 Helena Drive, Missoula – 251-5833. All members
are welcome to attend and bring some fresh ideas for our new year’s
activities.
2009 Calendars: We will be ordering the new calendars for 2009
and would like to know how many members need to have one ordered. Please
let us know at the next meeting.
2009 MEMBERSHIP DUES: The year is coming to an end and it’s time
to start collecting for the new year memberships. Dues are $9.00/person.
Please see Pete Addeo at the meeting to pay your dues.

Shed Progress from Pete:
It’s been a long hard grind this month as Swede has been gone for the
month. It’s been just me and the siding has been started and I’m ½ way
there. Still have to put on the T-111 Sheeting on the upper outside
walls and then finish making the doors for our side and the back side as
well. Hope to get this all done before the weather turns bad.
